We are starting in-person design by appointment at The Apex Gallery! We are continuing virtual design via zoom with curbside pickup/delivery, but some projects and customers really require in person design. We are currently scheduling appointments Monday - Friday at 10:00, 12:00, and 2:00.

Coming into the store to design or shop? Help us keep everyone safe:

• Please use the front entrance to enter the building, the rear entrance will be for employees and deliveries only. This is to minimize the surfaces needing disinfection each day, as well as giving our employees space for social distancing.

• We request that you wear a mask and sanitize your hands before entering. If you have been ill, please reschedule your appointment until you are well!

• Please avoid handling frame and mat samples- we want to minimize the need to sanitize our samples since the finishes are delicate and won’t hold up to disinfectant spray!

• Use social distancing in the store. We have rearranged our design area and will be designing across the table from you to keep our distance.

• We are allowing at least 30 minutes between appointments. We are sanitizing with disinfectant all doors, tables, and credit card terminal.

Virtual Design Info & May 9 Update!

Hello Friends!

During our Covid 19 closure we’ve been fine tuning our Virtual Design process and are excited to offer this service during these changing times! We have also redesigned our website and added eCommerce. If you are looking for something that you don’t see in our Online Store, please call to see if we have it in stock. E-giftcards for custom framing or gifts are another way you can support us!

While Phase 1 allows us to reopen with measures in place, we have decided to continue with our curbside pickup/drop off and virtual design. We want to wait 1-2 weeks before we are ready to have visitors in the Gallery. When we do allow you back in, we will be be open by appointment for frame designing and retail shopping. We feel that with our small space, this will be the best practice to ensure safety for our staff and visitors.

Changes for when we do reopen by appointment:

• We will be designing from behind the table, versus next to you to maintain “social distance.”

• We ask that you let us handle frame and mat samples so there are less surfaces to disinfect.

• We will sanitize all surfaces: credit card terminal, counter top, door handles, etc.

• Some projects may take longer due to supply chain disruption. We will do our best to communicate with you and help choose products that can meet your timeline.
